About
Julie Olsson
As a mum, teacher, trainer and coach, I care about peoples'
well-being
with a passion and I believe everyone has an amazing capacity to learn.
NLP
(Neuro-Linguistic Programming) underpins all of my work, and I work quickly and effectively to help people achieve their
goals, learn new
skills, find
solutions
to their problems and
be confident and
resilient
in the face of whatever
life and work
throws at them.
My diverse background includes being a
nationally recognised trainer in the education and public sectors. As a
teacher and manager
in secondary schools, sixth
forms and colleges for over 20 years, it is at the heart of my work to help young people and their teachers, carers and parents to
thrive.
My workshops with
disaffected teenagers
have been transformational
in improving levels of success and well-being.
Commissioned by major educational organisations to train their
trainers to deliver inspirational courses for
leadership and management.
In every context, I lead people to become more confident, expert learners helping them to utilise personalised approaches to learning and self-development,
one-one and in whole school or workplace programmes.
As a
Society of NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, I have travelled internationally to train, coach and mentor students and have assisted at the seminars of Dr Richard Bandler (Co-creator of NLP).
I have trained
social workers, adults with learning disabilities, managers and senior executives. It is always about learning the skills you need, targeted to desired outcomes to enable and empower change.
How you
think, feel and behave
is the framework for making sure you thrive and are
mind-fit for life, learning and personal development.
Therefore, my goal is to enable you learn
new strategies, new ways of communicating with yourself, your peers, your teenagers and children.
You will
develop new skills
and approaches to take control of your own thinking, feeling and behaviours and create positive change
for life and learning.
